What we cannot help with

We cannot see, change, track, cancel or refund your order. We are not the seller: PureNail PRO is sold and shipped by the manufacturer through its own official store, and every order lives in that company’s system, not ours.

• Order status, tracking and delivery — contact the seller using the address on your order confirmation email.
• Refunds under the 60-day money-back guarantee — handled entirely by the seller. Keep your order number.
• Billing questions — the charge on your statement comes from the merchant, not from this website.
